Real Time Solutions Workers announce their union

The workers at Real Time Solutions announced their intent to organize with our local on June 22nd! We are proud and excited to have them join our local, and more importantly to see them standing for themselves and their coworkers, fight to have their seat at the table and begin the process of achieving a more equitable workplace!

They are organizing to demand equitable treatment for their coworkers who are here on visas, better wages and benefits, and fighting back against AI job displacement! We are excited to have them join our ranks and welcome them as union siblings!
