RTS workers win their election!

On August 19th, 2026 the brave workers at Real Time Solutions successfully won their union election 17-10! The election victory was hard fought, with the company engaging in a union busting campaign choreographed by their lawyers at Jackson Lewis. Despite two wrongful and retaliatory terminations, the workers were able to finally achieve victory when the mixed mail/in person ballots were counted out by the NLRB agent. This win is the first of many, and the first of many challenges to overcome as they embark on their first contract campaign with the company. The local is excited to welcome them in as union siblings and we look forward to helping them fight for a fair first contract.

We also remain committed to standing with the RTS workers in fighting to have the two members who were wrongfully retaliated against, Cam and Corey, returned to their positions at the company!
